Special Allocation Service for South East London

Welcome to South East London Special Allocation Primary Care Service

One Health Lewisham and partners deliver the South East London Special Allocation Scheme for Bromley, Lewisham, Bexley, Lambeth, Greenwich and Southwark Clinical Commissioning Groups.

The service provides medical primary care services to people who have been removed from their mainstream GP practice list. The service seeks to ensure that any patient removed from a practice has access to essential and additional medical services; and works with patients reintegrating them over time back into mainstream general practice wherever possible.

The service and appointments for patients can be accessed by phone and online:

The service is provided at a number of sites across South East London including: Queen Mary’s Hospital; Orpington Health and Wellbeing Centre; sites in Lewisham and Dulwich Hospital. See location maps and directions.

Alert

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

In order to reduce the risks of transfer of infection we are reducing the amount of patients that come in to our surgeries.  We are doing this by triaging all telephone calls to check if the consultation can be carried out by the clinician over the telephone and recommend all patients use the Ask NHS GP App.

Only triaged patients will be offered face to face appointments.

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
a new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly

Do not go to your GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home. Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you’re staying at home.
